Broadward Hall holds the National Collection of Historic Hemerocallis (1959 -1979), which are planted in the walled garden. The plants that make up this important historic collection were bred by award winning hybridisers: Brummitt, Coe, Randall (active 1959-1979) and George Yeld (born 1845 in Herefordshire, died 1938). There are more than 100 cultivars creating a wonderful display. Many were relocated to Broadward from Waterperry Gardens during 2021. The owner serves on the committee and trustees of The British Hosta and Hemerocallis Society of which H.M. The King is Patron.
Tickets £22 including afternoon tea served on the terrace or in the music room. Tickets available on Ticket Tailor.
